| This will provide the student-operator with the Basic techniques and tactics needed to safely remove a violent or un-ruly inmate from his/ her living quarters. In conjunction with his/ her use of force policy. Also Identify methods of reducing liability in a Cell Extraction and minimizing injury during a Cell Extraction. List the equipment utilized by the members by the operators of the Cell Extraction team. Identify the duties and responsibilities of each Operator, to include the Team Leader. Identify the procedures after securing the subject. Identify how to return the inmate to a cell-block. Removing of Restraints from the subject Identify the Pressure Points Control techniques used during the cell extraction and after Identify Tactical Handcuffing and Proper Application.
